We're typically approached by a CEO, board, or other senior leader who is dealing with a significant organizational or market-related challenge.

We're systems thinkers, so our first step is to undertake a diagnostic exercise of the problem to determine the root.

This involves developing insights through computation (analysis of data and information), conversation (interviews with staff, customer and stakeholders) and observation (participation in internal meetings and processes). We test insights against initial hypotheses developed by our client to confirm and deepen understanding.

From there, a change agenda with clear, actionalbe strategies and tactics is developed. Unlike most other advisors, we then continue to stay involved in the implementation and execution of that change process to ensure that organizational capacity can be developed an supported.

​Because most problems at this level are complex, wrestling down one usually leads to the uncovering of another. As a result, despite initial engagements that are usually scheduled to last 3-6 months, our typical involvement with a client lasts between 12-18 months as we are asked to stay and work on additional challenges.
